OBJECTIVE
(CI) is a set of biological and linguistic computational tools and methodologies to address complex and challenging real-world problems to which
traditional approaches may not be very effective. Major constituents of CI are neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, fuzzy systems, and hybrid
intelligent systems. The School is a joint initiative by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and IEEE UP Section CIS CHAPTER meant for awareness
of the problem solving abilities of CI tools and techniques. The school will discuss the state of the art, challenges, applications and unsolved open problems in CI, and also provide forum to interact with researchers in this area.
